Tristan and Gay Marie's Wedding

Last Saturday, February 26, 2011 was Tristan and Gay Marie's Wedding. I attended the wedding without knowing that they are going to get married. They invited me but they just told me to be there in order for me to be Trista's(Stan and Marie's daughter) Godmother.

But when we arrived at the Church, we were shocked to see people wearing Barong and Gowns.

Taking Care of my Skin

I am not that VAIN. Yes, I am not. But I do take good care of my skin because I want people to see me clean. I only use mild soaps when I took a bath in order to keep my skin smooth. I try to avoid using soaps that can cause skin irritation in order to keep my skin healthy.

I also apply body lotion in order to keep my skin looking fresh and great and good-smelling.
Everybody wants to look good and smell good and in order to do that, we need to take good care of ourselves and our skin.

My first time in Araneta

I live in Bukidnon and I don't get to visit Manila or Luzon once in a while because of money constraints, it was my first time to go inside Araneta Coliseum last January for the 2011 National Convention of Coca-Cola.

I was excited because imagine, I can only see Araneta Coliseum on televisions but during that day I will be inside that big dome.

These were our tickets in order to get inside:


Every time I watch televisions and celebrities/singers would invite us (watchers/fans) to watch their concerts, I always hear them say that we can get or buy the tickets from TicketNet and guess what, TicketNet also provided the ticket for our National Convention.

For that brief moment, I realized that even though I wasn't given equal opportunities with people who lived in Manila, I can still experience living in Manila for a short period of time.

My Passion

I don't know what my passion really is. Sometimes I think I know what my calling is, why I am here for and what I really want in life. But there are also times, just as this one, that I do not know what my passion in life is.

I have been living my life for 25 years and still I do not know if I ever did succeed in something or perhaps be better than anybody else. I know how to dance but I am not a great dancer or I cannot be considered as a contestant in “So You Think You Can Dance?” because when I watched it, I felt minute compared to them. I am not a good singer, I am always out of tune, according to my mother and brother and yes, according to myself. I do not have the mind like Einstein though I consider myself intelligent; I know that my IQ is not that high. I love to read and I have been reading all my life. I love to write but I am not a writer.

So what is my Passion? That is what I am looking for. As of now, I have a passion for business and people, who are close to me, always say that I am good at it. So maybe, this is my calling. At a young age, I already know how to sell and yes I always had a savings because of that. At the age of 22, I already had my own business and though I am not earning millions of pesos, my income is enough for my family and for the family of my employees.

This is my Passion, this is my calling and I have realized it now because of Mel's question in her birthday and beauty giveaway.

Buying Online

I have bought this t-shirt in ebay, I just want to share it here. I have been trying to shop in ebay but sometimes I am scared because I might get scammed. I am afraid of sending money to a person I do not even know the real name just an alias. But last January, I have found the courage of trying to trust a person online by buying three t-shirts in her ebay store.

Luckily, after sending her the money, she has send the t-shirts too :)

Another Globe Tattoo

Because I am a contest-addict, I have won another Globe Tattoo from Yugatech last year. Before the Iphone4 was launched, Sir Abe had a contest in his web site and that is to guess how much an Iphone4 will be sold when it went out in the market. Of course it was so easy to join, you just have to post a comment of how much you think it is. So I did put my comment, and my answer was a close one though it was not the correct one. But still there are raffle prizes so I won another Globe Tattoo from Mr. Abe.

I just got this one from WWW Express lately but Sir Abe has send this last November. Again, thank you Mr. Luck for clinging on me :)

Scrubs and Nurses

I was away for awhile because of too many reasons but surely getting back to school wasn’t one of them. When we talk about school I can always recall my college days and why I have chosen Accountancy among other courses offered by my school. Perhaps I wasn’t that inclined to work for anything else than being a bookkeeper or an accountant. Though sometimes when I watch TV series like House or Scrubs and watch those pretty nurses wearing nursing scrubs I wonder if I look cute and cool on those things too.

And while thinking of wearing those cute colored scrubs, where to buy cheap scrubs also comes to my mind because in today’s economy, we need to think of ways to save money and still look fabulous at work. Being wise in buying stuffs you need is a key to saving more money for the rainy days.

I didn’t regret that I am an accountancy graduate because it is a great help to my family’s business but still if I had the chance or if ever I will have that chance, I would love to enrol in a nursing school and try on those nursing uniforms that always reminds me of kind-hearted people who helps in taking care of the sick people because they can and they know how.
